General anaesthetic/pain killers and pregnancy?

well generally alot of different kinds of painkillers and such can be an issue. With it being such an early stage of pregnancy there is still alot of first stage developement and cell division. You should be just fine as long as you don't continue any further use of such things. If you are 5 to 6 weeks you are now in a stage where the developement can be greatly affected by anything that you put into your body. Just be sure that from now on you don't use anything but tylenol for pains, outside of that you should be very careful and make sure you consult your doctor before taking anything further than that, but you shoul be just fine up til this point. I don't think you have much of anything to worry about from the past event.
