What are the laws covering proper handling and use of animal cadavers and their organs (high-school clroom)?

I hope you find your answer, but personally I would think this violates some ethical duty to proper handling of an animal corpse/cadaver. I probably would remove my child from that cl and find them an appropriately run anatomy cl (with or without cadaver). Interesting question.
