Can I get money back from my employer?

It is the responsibility of your employer, not thier bank, to pay your wages. Any delay is thier responsibility. Put your demand to your employer in writting and give them 21 days to positively respond. If they do not positively respond then take out a claim in the small claims court. Ensure you have all reciepts for charges.
