Does Anyone have a Washburn MG-44 that knows how to change the strings. PLEASE HELP!!!?

I was wondering how to change the strings because i only got it not long ago and the strings broke. plus what are the little nobs for at the back of the strings near the pickups. and i was wondering how you tune it to. :) anyone who explains every will get best answer :)
