Opinions please: replace my piercings?

I'm only embarred to ask at my age with so many years of "experience", but would like opinions. I got a PA and both nips pierced when I was 14........ enjoyed the heck out of them (and highly recommend to all). My 40th birthday was traumatic and I thought it was time to take them out and have regretted ever since - I especially miss the PA and besides the look and advertising value, think it had a practical effect of keeping me horned. So.....do you think I'm now too old to start over with at least the PA? What would you think of an older guy like me with them? And if you know a qualified piercer in Central Ohio who wouldn't mock me out, please let me know. Thanks!
