Why is daughter able to see obscene things on this site?

Watch what your daughter is on on the internet. And the only way you can do something about this is to ban the site from your computer, and report people who show bad stuff on the chat. I hear my friends go on it to just chat with someone, and they say bad things show up sometimes. I never went on the site, because I know there are sick perverts who show stuff to teenagers.
