Well I had a question about applying for EAD on L2?
I moved to US about 10 days ago.My husband's on an L1,so in order for me to work,I need an EAD. If I download the form & mail the required doents & the photographs by post or courier to the USCIS office mentioned, am I still required to appear to the USCIS office for the biometrics?
