Where in the bible does it talk about calves being born with dots, and also with stripes? What book is it in?

My grandmother was telling about a story how God had blessed a man in the bible. This man went to a king and the king said he will make him rich by giving him all his cattle that was born thereafter. However, the cattle must be born with pokadots (dots) and they will be his, so God made every newborn calve with pokadots. Then the king changed his mind and said all cattle that are born with stripes, they will be yours. So God made all the newborn calves thereafter with stripes! Does anyone know where in the bible this story is?
